I am a lecturer at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, with a Ph.D. in Information Systems and nearly two decades in higher education. I co-created Isenberg's Artificial Intelligence in Business course and teach business intelligence, data analytics, and SQL/data warehousing. My research examines online privacy, trust, and online communities.
